W.L.D. (Bill) Marion is a partner with the law firm of Gaston, Marion, Stubbs, Hunter & Swancy P.A. located in Chester, South Carolina. Mr. Marion has a general practice with an emphasis on real estate both residential and commercial, as well wills and real estate litigation, primarily in the Counties of Chester, York, Union, Fairfield and Lancaster. A lifelong native of Chester, South Carolina, Mr. Marion graduated with honors from Chester Senior High School, Wofford College (Magna Cum Laude) and the University of South Carolina School of Law. An agent for Chicago Title since 1994, Mr. Marion combines his love history as current President of the Chester County of Historical Society. Photography has fascinated Bill from a very early age, and his photographs of Chester County now span over forty year, which he freely shares with various groups and entities. His other interests include the Chester A.R.P. Church where he is Clerk of the Session and a member of the choir. As a member of a cooking team, Bill loves to “cook for a crowd” sharing his ability with his church, family and friends. “Uncle Bill” enjoys spending time with family and friends.
